  • Earthwork excavation including back filling.
  • Piling if necessary as per advise of structural engineer will be done.
  • Column footing up to plinth level/raft footing / Strip footing as per advice of structural engineer and design.

  • Brick Masonry: country burned semi wire cut brick 21cm and 10 cm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for wall and super structure.
  • R.C.C 1:2:4 – Lintel 15cm x 20 cm
  • R.C.C. 1:2:4 Beams and columns up to 20cm x 40cm as per drawings and specification for Porch.
  • R.C.C. 1:2:4-slab 10 to 11 cm thick as per drawings for sunshade, drops, slabs etc.
  • Waterproofing done for open terrace roof, slope roof slab and bathroom floors.
  • Plastering in cement mortar 1:4 for internal/external surface of walls as 1:3 for roof as per specification.
  • R.C.C 1:2:4 staircase normal will be provided.
  • Parapet in 10cm thick brick masonry provided up to height of 60 cm for open terrace area.
  • SS hooks provided wherever necessary.


  • Flooring with P.C.C 1:4:8 with 40mm metal.
  • Anti-termite treatment provided for foundation.
